I have owned three of these Bugout Bags now since 2018, of which, the first I bought at the Davis-Monathan AFB BX, the second at the White Sands Missile Range BX, and now the one I've recently purchased directly from SOC. These bags can take a beating and will outlast most other brands out there bar none. I'm sure that I'm going to get some good mileage from this new bag for the next several years. Thanks SOC for a quality product!!

These are great backpacks. I’ve had one for close to 20 years that went to Iraq with me, and it’s been my main travel bag ever since. It’s still holding up great. I use it all the time for both the long and short trips, for camping and staying at luxury hotels, and everything in between. I’ve bought everyone in the family one and they all love them. I’m glad they’re still making them.

I bought this bag in Oman from a BX in 2015 (it's now 2025). It's been all over the world with me, used on multiple camping trips, and used daily as my work bag. I wouldn't say it's 'like new,' but for all the abuse it's had, it's still in fantastic condition. I'm considering buying another one now in case they go out of production. Not many bits of kit last this long.

Not your average Five Star review: I purchased a mature, very used Bugout Bag from a friend who used it for more than ten years. The color is the Digital Camo (small square, multi color pixels). The excellent condition of this well used Bugout Bag is the reason for this review. All of the stitching is intact with no ripped out seams. All but one small strap are sound and serviceable. The small strap was quickly replaced. Two of the nylon buckles were missing but easily, quickly replaced yielding a perfectly serviceable Bugout Bag as good as new after I washed it in strong dish (de-greaser) soap and rinsed it twice. Eight hours of drying in the sun delivered a clean, fragrant, "like new" bag. I strongly recommend your Bugout Bag to anyone desiring the best -- value.

Ive had one in the past and really like them. The only think different on this one is the bottom metal clip on the shoulder straps, other than that, same good quality.
