Sandpiper of California Inc. (S.O.C.) restricts shipments to approved dealers who have established an open account status with Sandpiper of California, Inc. credit department. Standard terms are Net 30. A finance charge of 1.5% per month or highest allowable by law, whichever is lower, will be added to invoices not paid by the due date. A $25.00 (USD) service charge will be added for all returned checks.

Freight Terms: FOB Chula Vista, California 91911 U.S.A.

Minimum Order
To qualify for Dealer Status, Dealer must place an opening booking order totaling a minimum of $1500 (USD). To qualify for Distributor Status, Distributor must place an opening booking order totaling a minimum of $4000 (USD).

Re-Orders: A $100 (USD) minimum re-order is required or a $15.00 handling fee will be added to charges.

 
Return and Replacement Policy
1. Defective merchandise may be returned after a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is issued by S.O.C. Authorized returns must be shipped freight-prepaid. 2. Authorized return of saleable merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge. 3. All freight/shortage claims must be made within ten (10) days after receipt of merchandise. 4. Special order sales are final - no returns.

Other Conditions
Orders will be billed at prices in effect at time of shipment. There shall be no liability for failure to perform any or all of our obligations herein stated, if such failure is caused by strikes, labor troubles, fires, floods, accidents, wars (domestic or foreign), riots, civil commotion, sabotage, acts of God or public enemy, explosions, embargo, inability to obtain materials, or is due to allocations or requirements or orders or directions of any government authority having jurisdiction over S.O.C., or all other acts beyond our control.
